Naturally, it starts with you waking up refreshed and revived thanks to your Bodyclock... but what else? Would you be in a luxurious bed in a boutique city hotel or watching the sun rise from your log cabin in the mountains? Do you go for a proper fry-up with all the trimmings or are you more of a smoked salmon and champagne type? And - most importantly - who would be with you?

Visit our Facebook page and spin the Dream Morning Generator to select your destination, accommodation and breakfast then tell us who you'd take with you and what you'd do with the rest of your special day. At the end of the competition, one person and their lucky friend will be selected at random and will actually get to wake up to their Dream Morning; travel, accommodation, breakfast and activities are all on us.
