This winter, Lumie gave SAD sufferers a unique opportunity to take part in live Q&A sessions with leading experts. 'Blue Monday' SAD clinics were held every Monday evening over the winter and into the new year.
A variety of interesting topics were covered with a different guest speaker hosting each session, including the renowned psychiatrist Dr Norman Rosenthal, representatives from the MET Office, UK charity SADA and scientific experts working in the field.
They were extremely popular and we'd like to thank everyone involved, whether asking or answering questions!
