Just wanted to say hello again, I haven't been around for a long time but it would seem that my SAD is starting up again, I guess I kind of forget about it for a few months and then very subtley (sp) the symptoms begin to creep up on me.
I always think that each year will be different and maybe it is wishful thinking, here's hoping.
I have gone back to my reflexologist, hoping to find some relief from that direction.
Anyway just wanted to say hi again and hope everyone has a good winter.

Hi Tricia

Haven't seen you around for a while. How are you doing?

I had my feet 'done' by friend, who is also reflexologist, was a few weeks ago. Normally I enjoy it, but last time it was terrible, I hated it! Don't really know why though.

Hi guys, thanks for asking how I am, I have not been on the site much lately as not really felt like chatting to much, trying to keep on the land of the sane so to speak, I am trying a herbal thing I have found called 5HTP which is an ammino acid, I have only just got it so will let you know how it goes, it helps with the seratonin levels, December is my worst month and I am hoping that this year might be a bit different.

Sometimes with reflexology your feet can be sore at points because of what is happening in your body, but your friend should have taken all the discomfort away so that you felt at ease with the treatment, I still have my reflexology and I have to say if I am feeling uptight then it really puts me at ease and relaxes me.

Thanks for your reply. I wasn't having a reflexology treatment as such, a pedicure followed by some massage. I love it as a rule, but didn't enjoy it this time at all!
