SAD map

Do you all know about the weather maps at this site? I don't always feel they have it quite right, but it's quite interesting. There is a European one too, so you can see if the south of France is a better place to be on a given day,rather than Finland!

There's none for the US.

Maybe sometime folks here will be more aware of SAD/provide more resources and support.

I didn't get much sleep last night and am "hitting the wall" as far as my attention span/energy level today.

How sad. Will get around to it... I love that you found something like this for the UK. Makes me hopeful. :)

Just been looking at ths SAD weather map for Europe, with each week, the purple bit seems to get a bit closer to the UK. I'm not really sure whether it's accurate or not, but fun to watch anyway. I don't necessarily find it matches what is happening locally, but we tend to have a bit of a ' microclimate' here anyway.
