Hi, I'm back after our Youth Orchestra trip to Germany. I didn't have time use my lamp every day, in fact I think it was one day in the last 7. Feeling tired but otherwise not too bad, so hoping I got away with it. had some good bright days, so that was helpful.

that is interesting because I haven't felt quite so bad today and it has been a bright day. I was thinking I was going mad and it was all in my head, but being a mother I battle on for the children and think I will be o.k. tomorrow. It is such a strange thing to experience and I think myself I have only really reconised it as being SAD this year when i have probably been suffering for many years. Have read alot of your threads and would like to thank you. Louise

thanks Louise. I'm not sure what to expect this year as my treatment plan is different and I hope working better. I don't think I'll be able to say until after the winter if it worked, maybe not until I've tried again next winter.

Hi Mate

Just back from Prague. Like you didn't have time to use lightbox. Very tired but otherwise ok. Had some good sunny days and was out for most of them so hope that helped.
