I think i suffer from anxiety disorder.
I keep getting repetitive worrying thoughts and there are people i like to avoid and when i have to work with them it makes me bad.
please advice or suggest any websites for help

If this has been going on for some time and its really worrying you, a good first step might be to have a word with your doctor.

think contraryly to the worrying thoughts.anexity can also be reduced by the thought of god,and yoga can also help

That all depends on one's personal beliefs KK.Religion(in my opinion)can confuse rather than comfort.

Do you have SAD? If so, this is a great website for support. I'm sure there are other resources out there for anxiety, but I am not personally aware of any. I was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder, for which I took a cycle of xanax. I had panic attacks from the pressure of college, from losing a high school classmate in a violent drunk driving accident (tho I was attending college and can't claim to have been especially close to her -- the details of the accident were upsetting to anyone), from roommate troubles, midterms -- it all just seemed to hit at once.

The xanax was great... gave me a new perspective on life. At first, my dosage was too high and I had coordination troubles and slept a lot, so the drug would probably not be recommended for those with SAD sleep troubles and fatigue. Once they got the dosage straightened out, I started "letting things go." A lot of the extra responsibilities that were imposing on me just went by the wayside and... well, there were no major disasters! Life just went on... Without the medication, I never would have "let go."

Your troubles might be very different. There surely is a treatment option for you, though... but it's best to find a doctor or therapist who you feel you can talk to. I'm no longer on the xanax. Sometimes the SAD will kick off a panic attack, but I've only had one this year.

Perhaps someone here will have suggestions about websites, but I would urge you not to try to deal with your anxiety alone.

Someone else suggested yoga, and I've found that helpful. A cup of nice, hot tea... a quiet evening, sitting down for a movie... Just treating yourself kindly can help reduce anxiety levels. Counseling to get at the root of the repetitive thoughts also could really help you a lot.
