If it was me, I think I would use it first thing in the morning for about 20 mins, then if you need extra, slowly increase the time in the coming weeks. Its brilliant you have a lightbox, hopefully you will start to notice a difference in a week or so.

I agree with Paulst Louise. I use mine in the morning and a good starting time is about 20 mins.

I have been able to increase my time to an hour in the morning this week. My god I can really tell the difference, it's brilliant.

Look forward to hearing how you are getting on.

My lightbox is a godsend, I really dont know how I would manage without it, that wonderful glowing light first thing in morning seems to be the only thing keeping me going at the moment.

I don't know what I would do without my bodyclock Paulst, it's an amazing product. It gave me a new lease of life.

I know what you mean, my bodyclock is used all year round, it helps me get to sleep when im not tired, then wakes me up to face another day.

This morning for the first time ever it didn't wake me up, it was the back up alarm that woke me. Usually I wake up about half way through light coming on

I dont think the light has ever failed to wake me up, mind you I use a radio alarm as well, just in case.

I do half an hour in the morning, but there's a questionnaire somewhere to assess what is best for you.

I only have time for about 30 mins lightbox use, I could do with using it for longer, but im too lazy to get up any earlier.
