hi!

i am not sure if i suffer from SAD or winterblues or mild depression or something else but i tried some lighttherapy last year and i feel i crave light around late afternoon, when it's getting darker these days.
so i looked into it and ordered a litebook elite. i anyone familiar with this type of light therapy? and does it work? my partner is a night owl and musician, travels alot, jetlags, sometimes it doesn't match with our lives. so i wonder if he could benefit from this too?

thanks,
PurpleIvy

There's an online assessment somewhere, can't remember where, to see if you might benefit and if so, best time for 'lamp time'. It might be in the resource centre here, or alternatively on the Apollo site.
