Hi all, ive only just found this site and it looks good so far. I have suffered for many years, but also have quite sensitive eyes from CFIDS. I just wondered what light people would recommend? id love to hear your experiences with the different ones. Hope you are all doing OK

HI,welcome to the forum, im not sure what CFIDS is, but I own a brightspark, it costs about £130 and find it really useful on dark mornings.
