Does anyone suffer with vivid dreams or nightmares?

I know that the AD's sometimes cause this but my dreams are unbelievably bizzare and I have them practically every night during my SAD time.

I'm sure that's one of the reasons I am so exhausted in the morning!!

I have dreams year round, sometimes more vivid than others. I have some what I refer to as anxiety dreams, which occur in similar scenarios, sometimes with a different cast though!

Well, I do sleep well some of the time. I would like to sleep well all of the time, but it doesn't worry me that I don't!
