Hi
Found another website which may be of interest to some of you. It's American, but I don't think that will make too much difference LOL! http://www.cet.org/
I shall have a good read.

I was directed there when looking to see if I could find the SPAQ (Seasonal Pattern Assessment Questionaire). Apparently this AUTO-SIGH has taken over from it.

Anyway, will have a good read when I can.

I had a look at this during the afternoon. not all the links seem to work, but I found it interesting. Lots of research papers and I found the self assessment things useful too. You can do a printout, which is dated, so you can see how you are progressing... if you are!
