Hi, my stress levels seem to be rising almost everyday at the moment, Im feeling stressed out at work and finding it harder and harder to relax when I get home, now my sleep is starting to suffer again. Think I shall have to pay another visit to my doctor. Sorry for having a moan, just need to get it off my chest.

Its really good when we can support each other, thanks. I think I might feel a little better with some good nights sleep.

Like your new avatar Suzie! Is it a tortoise, so you can just withdraw into your shell when you're tired of the world?

Yes I love them..... it's reminds me of a little old lady I used to live next door to when I was about 7. I used to run to the shops for her and she had a tortoise that was about 100 years old....

I think it could be the hibernation thing too. Wish I was one maybe!!
