Hiya, has anyone else out there tried this herbal supplement?

I was getting really bad SAD this year, horrible depression and feeling hopeless, even to the point of being suicidal :/

Anyway I started taking these and I feel as though my SAD has gone - I don't yearn for the blue skies to come back (which I did a lot) and I feel much more content and optimistic. :)

Not sure how it's worked exactly - it says that it raises serotonin levels and the L-theanine is a strong relaxant.

Do you think maybe it could help others cope with SAD too?

Just had a little look on the website about it. Looks really good but unfortunately says not suitable for those taking other mood modifying drugs so not for me this year though I'd love to hear if it has helped anyone else.
