On the odd occasion i've had a look at this site to see if there is any new news regarding lights etc.But it appears that some of you never seem to be off the site.I think you should try and get some REAL friends and make yourselves get out more .Honestly, some fresh air really will do some good.

So have you got any new news regarding lights to share with us Dr Jekyl?

Perhaps you know some info on the new LED lights talked about earlier.

Regards

Blimey Jekkie I think you've cracked it, thanks for that. Now I know how to feel better each winter...I'd never tried that...

(Is that Fray Brentos back again do you think?

Hi dr jekyl, I think perhaps you dont have any real friends and you are jealous, why dont you go and make a pest of yourself somewhere else.

dr jekyl
The 'odd occasion' you refer to in visiting this site must be just that. As a consequence you have failed to fully understand and appreciate the values of the forum, to its existing users at least.
A swift review of the recent posts would have made it quite clear to you the amount of outdoor activity undertaken by members and its considered value.
Thank you for your observation. But you are of little value here as you lack the appropriate perspicacity and empathy.
goodbye

I wondered if it was Fray Bentos with an alias. If it is, then Admin will be able to tell from the whatever the number is called that identifies a particular computer. Shall I email admin and ask?

Just because some of us visit this forum regularly doesn't mean we don't have friends. Why should it mean that. It seems more likely that you're the one without friends if you can be bothered to make mischief here.

Most of us go out to work.

I'm really well at the moment and have the energy and mental capacity to support others with SAD. I don't think you have SAD, otherwise you would be a bit more sensitive. When I haven't felt as well in the past, I have received support from the members here. I don't suppose you would understand the concept of giving in this way. Go on.... surprise me!

Stuff like this really makes me laugh! I completely agree with you PurpleIvy - comments like that just show the insensitivity of the writer...
Considering alot of people on this forum talk about going to work/ going to exercise classes/ meeting friends when they feel up to it shows just how wrong dr jekyll is...

That's all! :)

Ho hum. It never ceases to amaze me why people waste their time just trying to upset others.

Why explain what the forum has to offer to someone who sounds like they don't want to be here?

Try not to get too worked up about this guys.

According to his Dr Jekyls profile, he has made 2 other posts a few days ago letting us know how valuable we are, as he has SAD too.

I think the above message is from 'Mr Hyde'.

Have a good night guys.

Hi ya Amalthea. Im about to pop off to bed, Trust youre keeping well today.

Me, you're probably right.

And I'm doing well today. We're gearing up for Thanksgiving holiday and I'm planning on ways to avoid over-indulging in all the desserts and hearty food.

How're you doing? It was very nice of you to ask about me. :)

We're part of a big extended family.

(trying to make up for yesterday too, when I thought all had gone to never, never land).

I must go now though.

Take care

well i've just read all of this page, and it's the best laugh i've had all day!
Dr Jeykll tells us to get out, but takes the time to stay in, look at, and even write on the forum! Pot and Kettle?

I for one, would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your continued support. Had a pretty bad week, even took yesterday off work. 1st sick day in a year! I normally come on here in my breaks at work, so i haven't been on for a bit. but i still keep an eye on it for all your support.

So sod you Dr Jekyll. Feel free to stay in and reply to this.

Folks, as Me pointed out, Dr. Jekyll has made some positive comments about the forum - please take a moment to browse the messages linked with dr. jekyll's profile.

We've had a few users who have made random comments to bash the forum lately. But maybe this isn't so random, but is "SAD talking."

I apologize for my hasty response, but again, SAD makes me a bit quick to judge and sometimes irritable.

Dr. Jekyll, I hope you're doing OK, and I'm sorry for being so hasty.

We daily face a world that doesn't fully understand or has no wish to do so. Is it any surprise, then, if we may have a sensitivity to criticism, in addition to that inflicted by SAD that Amalthea notes?

All i can say to dr.jekyll is that we are all equal in this world, the only differences between us are our points of views, for example, everyone is a sad person but the difference is that we all admit to ours selves, the dr. jeckells WON`T...........lol
