I am new around here so thought I would introduce myself and say hi.

I was recently diagnosed and have bought a litepod, although I now wish I had been able to afford a box that would require less treatment time.

In the first week of having the litepod I was off work and was able to use it for at least 2 hours in the morning and another hour or two after lunch. To be honest I was sceptical about it having any effect, but was amazed to find quite quickly I felt so much better is different ways.

Anyway, plan now is to lug the litepod back and forwards to work to use while I work - my boss is ok with this, which is a good. I had better start saving for a bigger, quicker box too!

I did read a post on here which mentioned another post in which people have outlined their own routines to give others ideas but cant seem to find it through search, if anyone knows where it is can you post a link?

Anyway, thats my intro for now and I imagine I will have other questions and input but will save it for another day :-)

Josh

Hi Josh. Welcome to our friendly but a touch nutty family - or is that just me! ha

Light boxes are great, but youre right, they can be time consuming if you need a lot of it. Fantastic that it works for you.

Take care of that box of yours and it will take care of you.

Me x

I live in halifax, in yorkshire, the wettest place in england if you`re interested!!! and I am 99.5% sure I`ve got S.A.D(I`m also 110%+ that i am a very sad person lol)
I discovered this site by accident whilst serching for a lightbox, that was a week ago and I have never spent so much time on my computer in ages than what I have done these past seven days!!! I`m even arguing with my 16 year old daughter about who`s turn it is to use the computer!!!
Sorry to bable on,......anyway, I think you guys are fantastic!, this past week i have read lots of the forum and you have all made me feel so much better, i feel that at last somebody else is saying how i feel but, it sounds more beliveable if you get what i mean!!!!
Even if i don`t contribute myself, which i doubt cos when i read your comments ect, i find myself talking to my pc adding my own comments.

carry on with the good work! and hopefully i will be chatting to you all again.

P.s. Pleese tell me again am I S.A.D or MAD?????
