No, not yet, housekeeping team had gone home by the time I phoned.

Rather interestingly, my DH said straight away "you'd better get another one". I shall at least try and push for them to look again etc. Might also try and manage with the Bright spark for a couple of weeks, because of the building and Christmas I guess the ££ won't be flowing as well as it should... well only in an outwards direction!

I've kn**ckered the little gps unit for my satnav, trapped it in the car door. Might be able to dismantle and put back together. Not been a cheap weekend!

sorry to hear about you`re weekend,i hope you get it back soon, I`m sure if you explain how important it is to you (without feeling daft!)not being funny, but whoever finds it might not realise what it`s 4, probably thinks its a facial tanning object!

PurpleIvy, I hope they find it for you! I came by to check and see how you were doing. Sorry to hear you're feeling ill and having trouble with the GPS. My parents also had a very expensive few days. Dad's van broke down in Pittsburgh, and his truck broke down yesterday morning here in Harrisburg. We've got broken-down cars all over the state!

They're going to rent a car today to go and look for a new van. They're going to fix up a third car that's been broken down for awhile... Can you just imagine?

Good luck, Ivy. I hope things turn around for you!

Hi mate, that really sucks. I agree with Huggybear, I bet someone thinks its a facial tanner doh!!! Hope you get it back mate. Are you insured?

I have been ill for over a week with the flu, should have got up when I was coughing all night and had a chat.

Feeling pretty down today, haven't been to work or done anything, except eat. Still in my PJ's!!

Not got my lamp located yet. I need to ring again today. I forgot yesterday... what a surprise. Even though I'm feeling fairly well OK, I notice that concentration is decreased and also memory skills!

Using my Bright spark, it's fine, but it's not as convenient. Doesn't matter as long as I get the light!

I hope you manage to get it back, they are so expensive to replace.
