This may seem like a silly question but I have to ask anyway! Apologies if it has been asked many times before.

If I use my small light box at the recommended distance of around arms length, treatment time is about 45-90 minutes. If I use a larger light box treatment time is less due to the larger area of light I guess - or maybe the light is brighter?

So, if I move closer to my small light box will this increase the light I receive and therefore reduce the treatment time?

Seems like a logical thing but I know it could be incorrect, however I need to check before I attempt to sellotape the lightbox to my eyebrows lol :-)

Oh Joshy, you are funny.

Im sure its more to do with the lux not the distance chuck. Although my wicked sense of humour wishes it was the other!!
