I've been using my Bodyclock Advanced for some time now and it's been great. I don't know how I'd get up without it in the winter months.

I've always used it with the audible alarm but recently thought I'd try it switched off as I'm usually awake before it sounds anyway.

However, the sunrise effect happens as normal but when the alarm time is reached the light switches off completely.

Is this normal? Have I set something wrong? Is my Bodyclock faulty?

Any help would be appreciated.

If the alarm isn't switched off, the light will go off about 10mins after the alarm time. Just to stop it being on all day. Could it be that, now you don't have to actively switch off the beep noise, you're not switching off the alarm (i.e. pushing the button in). That would explain why the light goes out shortly after you wake up. If it's not that then please give us a ring on 01954 780500. Thanks
