Now this might sound totally ludicrous to people like ourselves, but I have come to the conclusion that maybe DST is NOT such a good thing after all.
The way I see it is this..
DST is NOT real time..DST "steals" an hour for summer when in fact ,it would naturally stay lighter for longer ANYWAY!
the result of this is that they have to take that hour BACK off us SUDDENLY and we dont get time to adjust and it plays havoc with our natural body cycles!
If we just left the clocks in real time all year round and didnt mess about with them, then our bodies would probably adjust gradually to the seasonal changes! Just think about it.. you cannot just make your biological clock suddenly jump forwards or backwards by a full hour..is it any wonder that we are all F****d up?
What do YOU all think?

dst was invented so that hour of daylight in the early morn that we sleep thru would be better used in the evening when more people are up in winter we get off because the mornings would be even later than they allready are.
