Hey Kaz,

Sorry to hear you are having a rough time of it. I know where you are coming from as I am having a bad time at the moment.

I cant offer any words of wisdom, I will leave that to others with a knack for that! I can tell you that we are all with you and supporting you.

Hope things pick up for you soon

Kaz, you seem to be having a bad run.

Have you tries omega 3, 5HTL and exercise. Dont forget the exercise,if you can, its great for lifting the mood.

If you are on medication, I suspect you are, is it working? Time for a trip back to the doctors perhaps.

When you reach rock bottom, its time to fight the vicious circle and start to do things that your body doesnt want you to (medical conditions allowing). You wont feel any worse, the only way is up... You have nothing to lose..

Try it and let us know how you get on.

Hugs to ya flower, id come with you if I could.

Off to body balance now, Im told its a bit like yoga, so gonna give it a go.

Will it make you feel better to totally vent and tell us what all your crappy symptoms are? That sometimes makes me feel a little lighter. I'll hold it in for so long, but eventually it needs to come gushing out or it'll crush me. no one wants to be complaining all the time, but there is a time to fight it and focus on positives, but a point at which you are just heaping one more burden on yourself and there is no more fight left.

Only you know, so gush if you need to.

I think I understand how you`re feeling, I get like that I feel like there is a massive black cloud over my head and I have black thoughts too many probably, but eventually I get fed up of being fed up, and I try to look on the + side which I know isn`t easy or I try to remember a feelgood time, usually out in the garden in summer and remind my self that it will happen again soon, but I also think that you must have some strengh in there somewhere to actually to come on a forum like this, and sumtimes its good to moan without someone telling you your daft or pull yourself out of it, spring will be here soon

Correction to my last post.

I have just read another website article that says that you should be careful taking 5htl if taking other medication. If you do decide to take 5htl, Take a look at http://www.5-htp.org.uk/ to see if it will react with your other medication first. It gives you lots of interesting info on 5htl.

I agree with Jeanne... when I hold in how I'm feeling, I feel like it's going to crush me and it all just comes gushing out. So, please... don't feel bad at all. So, what do you have on your plate lately? What's on your mind?

Did me good to just get out of Aberdeen but back to the work stresses tomorrow so am hoping i'll be ok!! However on the plus side, I'm gonna order a dawn simulator tomorrow!! Might help a wee bit with these dark mornings!!
