It would be useful if the Lumie website had PDFs of instruction leaflets. I have lost the instructions to my bodyclock (an earlier version of the Advanced 200). The clock which is 5 years old has just bee repaired by Lumie who provided a god service. However' because I have lost the instructions I can't operate it and I'm really struggling to ake/get up now. Can Lumie or anyone else help?

Thanks

Nigel

Me too Nigel! I've just received a second hand dawn simulator from my brother but he's lost the instructions. It's made by Outside In, is that the same as Lumie or a different company? Not sure. But I think if you google 'Lumie bodyclock instruction manual' you might be able to find something helpful. Alternatively, maybe if you give Lumie a call or send them an email they could help you.

Nigel, I found this instruction manual through google for a dawn simulator. It's not Lumie but I think they all have a similar set up, it helped me to figure out mine.
