Chat Room?

Hello all

I came across this forum a little while ago and I must say that it's really nice to feel that I'm not the only one suffering . Reading through your posts quite often makes me say "That's exactly how I feel" and I find it very comforting.

My question is, do any of you know of or use any chat rooms specifically for SAD sufferers? Sometimes it would be good to be able to 'virtual' talk to other sufferers especially when I'm in my unsociable phase.

We've had rain and wind for quite a few days now. Everyone in the office was complaining this morning because of the dark. I've had my lumie desk lamp on for most of the day. Tilted upwards for my 'dosage' this morning and then tilted down for the rest of the day but still on full. Luckily I have a spare bulb just in case!

I also can't believe how dark it has been this week. I look at the satilite and all it shows is overcast. Where is the sun.
