Very interesting SGL! It kind of explains why I feel much better after having something substantial to eat. When I'm like this I don't want to eat cos I feel sick but then I feel worse because I haven't eaten. When I do manage to eat I actually feel better. I also agree with the comments about our lifestyles being out of sync with nature. When you think about it it's obvious really!

I to don't feel like eating. Banana in the morning. Sometimes boost for lunch but I can eat when my husband gets home from work. He helps me out with that.

I always feel like eating, just dont feel like cooking - so fast food, be it salad or rubbish, can be on the menu when I was particularly bad. I didnt get anxiety though, just tired. Saying that though, when i did eat a good sized dinner, healthy or not, I invariably fell asleep shortly after.

Gonna read that web site you speak about now, so I hope this is relevant!
