A number of threads have recently referred to the recognition of SAD as a medical condition.
Yesterdays Sunday Times, front page, full column no less, advises us that the Metropolitan Police have installed two light boxes at their HQ @ in a pilot study to see if stressed officers can improve their ''wellbeing'' and alleviate the symptons of SAD.
Should you wish to read the article, visit www.timesonline.co.uk and use the search.
The scope for humour here, pc and non-pc means I'm going now......
