The bulbs in my light have broken. i have ordered the replacements, but if this has happened to anyone, can you tell me how fast you noticed the symptoms coming back stronger? i noticed it after 3 days and feel awful now after 5. I had to see my GP for a review but it wasn't my usual GP. She treated me like i was making it all up! i just wondered if it is just me feeling the effects so fast. I tend to notice i need more sleep after missing 1 day, let alone 5! I spent all weekend crying! I even missed Top Gear of all things!

I think it's entirely likely that you are noticing the symptoms after five days. I started off using my lightbox five days a week at work but found I went back a long way over a two day weekend.

I think you've got to try to stay positive and remember that you'll get your new bulbs soon and it will all go back to normal.
