I'm looking to get one of the 30+ minutes lights, and I also like the look of the dawn simulators. My question is whether the more expensive Pharos light boxes are better than say, the desk lamp? Because if so I won't get the dawn simulator and I'll use the money to buy a more expensive light box.

Thanks!

I wouldn't be without my dawn simulator. I need about an hour with my brite spark, but only half an hour with my golite

So there's no difference in quality only in the amount of time you need to use it?

Hi james, the more expensive lightboxes are normaly much larger and although the brightness is the same as cheaper lights, there is just more of it,so you wont need to spend so much time in front of the lamp.
