I just plain get chills often, and then its hard to get warmed again (God bless heating pads though). I've heard being cold is a symptom of depression. I haven't noticed a pattern, except on bad depression days I'm usually freezing.

I only feel chilled when I am alone and depressed. I am alot warmer when hubby gets home. being by yourself isn't good I know that but somedays it can't be helped.I do get out in the morning and stay out until lunch but somedays living in a small town there isn't much to do.
