I really need some advice!
For the last 4 weeks i've been taking diazapam, 2mg starting at 3 tablets per day, just got down to 1 per day. For the last 2 days i've not taken any at all. Glad i've stopped taking them but i feel a bit strange (sweaty palms, slightly anxious and sick feeling) Is this normal and does anyone know how long it will last for? I really don't want to keep taking them!

How about asking your local pharmacist? A pharmacist will have a good knowledge of all the main drugs, plus good access to others too. They will also have experience of what patients have said about various drugs, so will have an idea about what is normal. Pharmacy training is extensive, five years I believe, plus there is a lot of ongoing training via CPD and their professional journal.
