Have quite a few questions.
With a busy schedule i don't have 30 minutes in the morning to use the lite boxes.
What i'm looking for is a light box with 10,000 lux of light but is also a dawn simulator, oh and if it could do summer sounds as well i'm sold.

Do the LED ones work as good as the bulb ones?

HI pilgrim, the only answer I can give is they are both excellent, I have a small lightbox, which is pretty good but I am thinking about a larger lamp. Some members on here have LED lights and they seem very happy with them. A dawn simulator is always a good idea, you will not regret it if you buy one.

Yes, dawn simulation is wonderful! I still don't want to get out of my bed, but I don't feel as deadly when I do wake up.

I simply couldnt manage without mine, still find getting up no fun at all, but without my dawn simulator, I would have no chance.
