I have talked to a few people on this site that have fathers or mothers that the sad does get less as they got older.

Lets just hope our eyesight doesnt worsen with age as cataracts can reduce the light to the back of the eye. - Else Im so looking forward to my SAD retirement!

My mother just described her fibryomyalgia symptoms. It's so close to SAD symptoms.

There is a lady at the gym with fibryomyalgia she said some of the symptoms are the same. I thought I read somewher that the light helped them as well but I think it was just for energy.

Hey Paul I wish it so much too! My mum who's 67 still has it, though, so I'm probably cursed to follow her pattern.
