Hey people

One of my biggest problems with sad this year has been my really high levels of anxiety/stress so my therapist has given me a programme on cd's to learn how to use self-hypnosis to relax. Has anybody on here tried anything like that before?

I did get a cd from DR.Phill called Life Strategies but never got all the way through it. Let me know if self-hypnosis works. Sometimes I really need to relax due to anxiety/stress.

I had hypnotherapy a few years ago to help with panic attacks and I've never had another one since! Amazing, I'd definitely recommend it. Also I do meditation which really helps to relax me.

I don't think there are any places around were I live that do hypnotherapy. I would like to try that some time. Wonder if the insurance would pay for something like that. Will have to check it out.
