Hi there, I'm not sure if anyone can help, have just purchased lumie sunray 100 and no matter what I do I can't get it to sunrise over 30 minutes, I've set the correct times but when the alarm goes off it takes around 5 seconds to get to full light intensity. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks Rich

as in if you set it for only 5 mins after the current time it will go quickly set it for over a longer period like over half hour away and see it change over time
