Hi all

I was diagnosed with SAD at the age of 17/18 by a professor at Southampton hospital. Ten years on and i find i can manage the winters fairly well without the use of my lightbox. However i could not manage these dark winter days without the use of my dawn simulator to wake me up (without being in a foul mood!!). Unfortunately mine has finally given up the ghost and i was looking for any advice on which would be best to purchase next.
I'd be gratful for any suggestions,
Thanks, Nats

Hi Nats welcome to the forum, I have the Body clock advanced which is excellent, but you can get cheaper models which seem just as good.If you click on shop at the top of the page it will take you to a good selection. You can also buy some of these simulators from Boots.

Thanks Paul. Do you think the ones in Boots would be good enough? Do you know if they have to be any certain type of light or any specific strength?

I bought mine from Boots, any of the dawn simulators made by lumie are fine. They do use a special type of bulb, but it comes complete with bulb its ready to use as soon as you get it home.

Thanks so much for your help Paul. I'll have a look around.

Nats

p.s At least the bulbs are coming through in the garden, that's a good sign!
