Dont know why, Im feeling as flat as a pancake today...sigh

Not depressed or tired (yet) but not motivated and silly things are weighing me down again. I feel quite chilled, but I cant be cos Ive just attacked the tele after I hurt my head on it!!!!

Ive done two hours of exercise today, and that hasnt lifted me, so somethings up!! Perhaps today would be a good day to take some omega 6.

oh dear .....sigh.....

Going to a childs birthday party soon. 'Suppose Id better get the kids ready..... oh dear .... best get cracking......sigh'

I've generally felt good recently but suddenly last Thursday evening I plunged. There'd been a whole series of non-replies to email and correspondence about things that underpin my life.

It had rained and rained and rained all day. My skin itched like hell and the big self-pitying number started. I had no remedy but to give in to it, and somehow the do-myself-down dialogue stopped and my mood unwound a little.

It happens that way sometimes... sending an e-hug to all.

Hi me, hope things are starting to feel better for you? It's finally stopped raining here so that helps, how is it with you?

I've been taking your advice and exercising more and I think it's helping me so thank you for the advice.

Chin up chicken, hope you're feeling better x.

Im feeling fine thanks, still a touch flat, but not huffing and puffing today. Struggled to get to yoga, but I did and I enjoyed it really.

Smashing to hear youre exercising more, Im sure it helps. I reckon Id be in a dark pit if it wasnt for that.

Apologies if I havent responded to your messages here recently. I feel awful now, I find it easy to tell people about me and how I make things better and talk about theories etc. I understand SAD quite well by now, but I dont understand all the other problems that can be attached to SAD.

So as much as Im desperate to respond, I just dont know what to say - sorry. It might be the combination of my SAD brain and my inability to cope with stressful unfamiliar situations that stop me - I get so bothered about upsetting people, I might get it wrong and make you worse.

I can however, send you a great big email hug back to ya with all the light in the world.

But I do know how you feel when people dont respond to messages etc, I have to constantly reprogramme my brain, on bad days, to get a grip and stop creating problems that really dont exist. I have to be very tough on myself, or I too would fall in to self pity and depression.

Take care flower,

Hey Moody, things will get easier. Try and go for a walk tomorrow to get out in the daylight and have some exercise. My motivation has been zero for exercise lately so I know exactly what you mean but force yourself! Merry Christmas and remember you are not alone x

I feel the same way most days. I exercise almost every day. But sometimes that just doesn't help.
Just to let you all know you are never ever alone.

I'm feeling as flat as a pancake. I have no mojo and just want to sleep. I have been skipping my light box though and my exercise recently so think I know why I'm feeling this way.

Roll on spring. I want my motivation back. In a word I just have a general "can't be bothered" feeling about anything, and everything is just too much trouble and effort.

Luckily the prozac stops me falling into depression but I've lost my mojo!

Hello, all.

I just got back from a long vacation, and it's done me good this time of year. I didn't go anywhere particularly sunny but it was more sunny than Pittsburgh (doesn't take much!)

I'm sorry to hear you're all feeling down. I am having a few down times, but nothing at all like last year, which was my lowest ever.

I just wanted to pop in and say I've been thinking of all of you. Please hang in there.

Hi Me,
This is me too...just kidding! A friend of mine suggested that I also take Vitamin D which is nicknamed the "Sunshine" vitamin. I know that it certainly would not hurt.

Hope you're feeling better soon.
