Hi all, both old and new. I joined outside in during August 2005 and the frequency of my visits vary. I was only saying to a friend the other day how well I had done this season and had hardly had need to use my light although I take my meds every day. However, I have been feeling worse over the last couple of weeks which culminated in a visit to the Docs who promptly upped my dose of Cipralex and signed me off for 2 weeks today. I shouldn't be too surprised I suppose but I thought I had escaped the dreaded depressive episode this year. I should have realised it was on its way when I was wanting to sign up for every course going a couple of months ago *eek*

Anyway just wanted to say hi really, I suppose that I am lucky in that i have a great GP who is understanding and doesn't make me feel like a mental case when I go under. Now I am worrying about the oohs and aahs and rolling of eyes with dismay by work colleagues.

Well I'll hide for a while in the comfort of jim jams and dressing gown for a while before having to face the world again :-s

Hi Barnsey, welcome back! We'll have to work on your post count whilst you're sitting in the corner in your jamies! ;-)

Enjoy your time at home, don't worry about your colleagues. Get yourself happy and healthy again.

Hi Barnsey, I haven't met you before. I too had been doing quite well this season and had a bad patch last week. Doc would have signed me off on Thursday if I'd let him.

I quite like Jeremy Kyle, it always makes me think that my life might be difficult in the winter, but it might be worse, some of his guests seem to behave badly all the year round!!

I find it quite comforting...!
