glasses / contacts affect efficacy?

just got my light, i wear glasses or contacts. Will having them on affect how the lightbox works? Thanks,amber

I often wear glasses, it doesnt seem to make any difference.

I wear glasses and it doesn't bother me. Lumie has information on that. check in the information spot.

I wear contact lenses, don't think it makes any difference.

I wear contacts which are ok. But glasses do affect the efficacy of the light and obviously tints more so.
Personally I find the life of my contacts are reduced when using a light box as apposed to the summer time but hey I cant see without them so what you meant to do?
