Hello everyone? How are you all? Hope everybody is well and starting to feel a bit better now the days are getting a bit longer. Has anybody tried meditation to help with relaxation? I have been suffering with anxiety which is starting to ease off due to light box and medication, however I have been trying meditation but find it hard to get into. Just wondered if anyone has any tips to help with it? I do yoga once or twice a week and find that the meditation part of that is easier than just purely trying to meditate.
