Never heard of it. What does it recommend? I'll have to do a search on it when I'm not at work...

it's a form of cognitive therapy, involves methods for letting go of negative feelings... just bought the book after work! I'll let you know how it goes!

Yes, let me know. I could use that kind of therapy, but I think I'd benefit so much more out of talking it through with a therapist. That's me, though.

I should probably look around for a therapist again. I saw one therapist and I didn't really feel she was the type of person who I could confide comfortably in. (Personality conflict)

Finances are also tight right now, so weekly visits would be so hard to manage.

AF2008 can you tell us what the Sedona method is about? I am in the process of reading a cognitive therapy book at the minute and I wonder how this method differs.
