Good news

Im starting to feel that my hyper manic stage is beginning to start (two fantastic days of sunshine) and Im starting to plan major things again, so Id better take care.

Just thought Id better let you know, as I personally will shortly be spending more time doing all my plans and therefore will naturally spend less time on this forum. arrrrhhhh

So I suppose Im letting you all know that you may hear a little less of me if this weather continues. I'll be spending less time on the computer and more outside.

No doubt you will all pop off one by one now the daffodils are starting to flower. An amazing time of the year, so full of life and promise and vitality - just like me!!

I'm sending my love to all that have helped me this winter now as I'm never quite sure when the total hyper will hit and I'll be away with the fairies again!

Hugs chuckies, oh and keep exercising !!!!!!!

Me x

Hey Me

I've also just started getting hyper -yay - isn't it great! Can actually make plans and decisions again! Spent lots of money that I don't have on new clothes (lost a bit of weight in most anxious periods so needed clothes that weren't falling off - that's my justification anyway), bleached my bathroom & kitchen, and have made plans for going back to work (for the first time in 3 1/2 months!) next week. Also finally went through my back mail for the last few months. A little bit sad opening xmas cards in February but at least I'm up to date now.

Will prob still be popping back now and again to the forum but saying hugs to everybody too and thanks for all your support (especially those I got pm's from).

Still trudging along here in Pittsburgh...

Soon, though. March and April are usually my "coming out of it" months.

Had a bad winter storm yesterday. Lots of snow and probably some ice... I don't want to look out until I have to go. ;)

think Nature is confused here in the uk, daffodils are out and birds and singing and insecs out, could be global warming!, worrying thing is could suddenly change back to winter and cold and a normal feb and have an effect on the flowers so on

though it is good to have the sun, though untill it gets dark at 9pm I won't feel right lol

I totally agree with you Jam! Yes I don't feel right until we have much longer days!

Yes I have daffodils in my garden and a song thrush really singing his heart out lol! Mind you, the daffodils are frozen this morning!!!

Early spring it is!

I have started to feel better since middle of Feb. and I have the hyperness. If I walk 5 miles a day it goes away atleast until the next morning.

Looks like it's been quiet on here recently,Must be because Spring is almost here. SGL, glad you're feeling better, it's good you're keeping up the exercise. I was feeling better but feeling worse again now, I don't know why. Maybe it's because I think I should be feeling 100% because of all the sunshine but don't. Still feeling unsociable and anxious. Does anyone else feel like this?

yeah i'm feeling a little like that. it's quite frustrating at the moment because the good weather is making me feel a lot better and then the gloomy, grey days come back with a vengeance! it's not doing much for my mood to say the least....anyway....i'm sure you'll be fine in a few weeks nicky

Thanks for your reply Kaz and Cliff, I was starting to think I was the only one who was still down, the site's been so quiet. You're right Cliff, it is frustrating, I feel better than I did but then suddenly feel worse again. And seeing all the Spring flowers out makes me think I should be feeling happy and cheerful again. Hope you both start to feel better soon.

I'm struggling, too. Had some great days with relief of pain from fibromyalgia. Friday sent me into a tail-spin. I had gotten 6.5 hours of sleep on Trazodone due to my own poor planning and I woke up in pain and it didn't respond to my medication.

Add that to an overcast, rainy day... and SAD just swooped right in on me. I hope/think today will be better!
