Hi everyone. Hope all is ok, with the looming spring, at least i hope it will get better!
Has anyone else taken a bit of a dip with the really wintery weather we are now having. i've started to notice i feel worse now as it's been cold and frosty out the past couple of weeks. it feels wintery. plus i don't see much of the natural sun during the day in the office. Wondered if any of you had noticed an effect from it?

Hi Sleepy-bear,

I am kinda glad you mentioned how bad it is because I started to think it was all in my head!! Yes my energy levels are much lower this week and my concentration is almost non-exist ant!!! Obviously I don't want anyone else to suffer but it's also good to know I am not alone if you know what I mean lol!

Take care and keep warm,
Donna xx

Hi Donna and Sleepy bear,
Me too! I know exactly what you mean, im feeling down although I have also been suffering with flu and today was my first day back at work and stressful. I had last week off and it was heavenly! Now back to the grind and cant wait for things to improve! Hope things get better for you both, spring is just round the corner.
