Feeling alot better the sun wasn't out everyday but 90% of the time. It wasn't warm but the sun was all I wanted. Had a great time. Wish you all could have come along. Hope you are all starting to feel better now that spring is coming and the days are getting longer.
take care all of you

Hi, I need help with my hubby who last year we thoght hadd a mild case of SAD . This winter season it has returned with avengence.
No doctor involved (hubby won't go)my powers of presuasionis not working .Bought a lumie lamp but only woks on occasions . Iam a placid person , this is pushing me to the limit . He so tearful and quiet we do talk about problem solving but thats as far as it gets. I think the major stumbling block is the unwillingness to talk to G.P . Maybe i need a bit of support to get us through . Trouble is all I can think of is next winter with a little respite in between My hubby is 60ish and we have a long strong relationship and now I am SAD any answers . Thanks .Winter
