Hi, I bought a Bodyclock Sundray 100
about 12 months ago and the light bulb hase blown already although I see it is supposed to last for about 500 hours. We use it Monday to Friday for wake up and occasionally
at night when we go to sleep.

When I bought it I saw that Lumie say a bulb should last for about three years so needless to say I am dissappointed that it has blown so soon.

I can only assume either the bulb I had was faulty to have blown so quickly or Lumie need to revise the suggested 500 hours.

Anyone else had this problem?

My bulb blew within a few months on my Lumie wake up light.

I contacted them and they agreed that it should have lasted longer. They were very helpful.
Have a chat with Lumie....

Thanks Me - I have just done that and as you said they were very helpful and have suggested I return it and they will check it out under the guarantee which is 2 years so finger crossed.

Glad to help flower.

Just thought id add that when my bulb blew, my fuse also went in the bodyclock, so I had to send that back later too!

Just as well Lumie go out of their way to be helpful - seems to be a dying trait these days. Thanks Lumie
