Strange I know, but I feel exhausted since the clocks went forward, I just can't get up in the mornings, I tried my dawn simulator this morning but I'm still struggling. Has anyone else had this experience?

Yep, my bodyclock is still running on GMT time. So far, I have been staying up for the extra hour and struggling to respond to the dawn simulator's light before the dreaded beeps!

For me, this is no surprise, as I have been aware of my body's slow adaptivity to sleep pattern changes for some years. Consequently, I very rarely agree to do anything that involves getting up more than half an hour earlier than my usual wake time, including early work starts!

I love the evening light too, I just feel so tired in the morning. Hopefully I will feel better soon. We're nearly there now!

My mother always used to comment on the 'Spring Tiredness' - she suffered from SAD too. It takes me ages to adapt to the change but I only really thrive in the light half of the year!
