Hi all,
I don't know if I've got the wrong end of the stick here...

We are about to start massively refurbishing our house - every single room is actually moving, and we're rewiring, which means we're redoing the lighting everywhere too.

What are the best ceiling-bulbs to use - can you get full spectrum / broad spectrum bulbs to go in recessed lighting sockets to make everything really bright and lovely everywhere? What about LED - what's that all about? (and does LED = energy saving?)

This is a great opportunity to try and integrate the SAD treatment everywhere at home, and I'd welcome anyone's advice if they know more about the technical side of lighting than I do!

Dx
