I'm considering the SRS320 lightbox/dawn simulator combo.

Has anyone tried this? Any reviews?

I just went to a show room where they had this unit on display. The owner said they are wildly popular and she has gotten no returns at all.

I did not like the unit, however. It was my first time seeing an LED light box. The light is so narrowly focused that the box has to be shining precisely at your face for you to feel the effects. Even a slight movement in any direction diminishes the brightness tremendously.

I bought a SunUp dawn simulator and I love it. It works with lamps up to 400 watts and brings the light up in an "s" curve which mimics the pattern of a real life sunrise, and has a way better effect on depression according to the literature.

But really I like it because it's a slim and attractive unit, easy to program, and works with 400 watts--so more than one lamp.
