Hello guys.

It's that time of year again eh? ;o) I am determined to make this year a 'good' year and stay off the AD's. (the side effects can be just as upsetting at the problems they are supposed to help with) so i'm trying to do it naturally. SJW doesn't help at all and I can't take it anyway because I use a lightbox. I've also started to excersise regularly, take a vitamin D suppliment and also use the Bachs flower remedy to help with the anxiety. I had a bit of a bad weekend last weekend and nearly took a trip to the Doctor but then decided to do something about it myself. Not feeling too bad at the moment but that may be because we've had some sunny days recently.

Can anyone else suggest a more natural way of dealing with SAD rather than using the AD's? Not that there is anything wrong with using them it's just that I can't deal with some of the side effects!

Omega 3/6/9 have at times been mentioned, I find it takes the edge of things.

I heard that pure EPA (fish oil without DHA) is a natural anti-depressant. You can buy them online. I found they helped last year. I bought them from this website:
