To make a long story short:

I've always been a bit of a night owl, but it's never interfered with my lifestyle. Over the past few months, thing have gotten worse. I hate to be a hypochondriac, but I'm tempted to call it delayed sleep phase syndrome. I've tried adjusting my sleep schedule, which works after about 2 weeks. When I'm out late for one night, though, the whole thing falls apart.

Considering I'm not 100% sure if light therapy will work for me. I'm looking for a free trial. I know lumie has one, but I'm across the pond in the states.

Know of any stateside trials?

Most manufacturers offer a 30 day money back satisfaction guarnatee or similar, even stateside. The link below leads to the corporate members of the Society for Light Treatment and Biological Rhythms (SLTBR). Lumie is a member. There are also a number of American and Canadian lightbox manufactureres on the list.
