Hi All, new member to the forum so thanks for having me!

I'm looking into light therapy at the moment, and I was just wondering if anyone has any experience of using a bright ambient light which they use for light therapy rather than sitting in front of a light box?

I am trying to plan how to my therapy into quite a busy schedule. I have looked at portable options, which look very interesting, but i'd like to see if anyone has had any benefit with an ambient light; in a kitchen for example.

Any ideas or people with experience in this would be great to hear from...

Thanks very much T

I understand that it isn't possible to get enough intensity of ambient light to be efffective. Lumie may be able to answer questions on this for you. I have a portable light which I put next to my laptop, on the counter when I'm preparing food or even on the ironing board!

If you need mobility then there are light visors available.
