Hi,

I'm 19 and I have social anxiety. I have this now for about an year and i finally told me family a few days ago. Anyways, I'm going to the doctor tomorrow to see what happens.

My social anxiety is strange because i like being around people the problem is that when many people start talking to me I get nervous and my hands start shake and even my lips sometimes.

Hi, Sorry to hear about your anxiety problems. It doesn't sound like its seasonal affective disorder as you also have it in the summer (but don't quote me!) but because you appear to have a social phobia, I have added the link above which is to an anxiety website which has info about social phobias. I hope this helps you so that you don't feel alone in this. Good luck with your GP tomorrow. Take care, Donna.
