HELP!!!!!

Am looking into getting a lightbox, but am totally baffled by the range. Some places saying don't use LED's because they emit light with peaks @ the blue end of the spectrum. Others say don't use blue light at all.Does anyone know the current thinking on LED's or Blue lights?

Am i right in thinking it should be 10,000 lux, must filter uv rays & be clinically proven to be effective. Anything else is just personal preference re time available for useage etc?

Hi Eeyore

I don't think there has been enough research yet to determine the effectiveness and safety or the LED's and Blue Lights.

I do know a couple of people on here do use them and find them as effective. I personally would like one because of the reduced time needed and they are more compact but I am going to carry on using my Britespark until more research has been done and the effectiveness and safety of them is confirmed.
